Precision Images has long been committed to the use of technology as a way to bring a high-caliber experience to our clients.  We have always strived to make working with us as seamless as possible while providing the best of quality materials and services we can.  As we’re always striving to get better and bring greater efficiency to our workflows, we are pleased to announce that we’ll be migrating our systems, including our online ordering system to the DocketManager system beginning in Q4 of this year.  DocketManager is a well-respected MIS system for the printing world.  Here’s some of what you can expect:

• Faster job submission times for online orders.  Less “clicks” and more intuitive UI.
• See order histories from your personalized web-based interface.
• Automated notifications of job process.
• 24/7 ordering and system access.
• Ability to pay invoices online.
• Easier to understand invoices and statements.
• Ability to re-order recurring items without the need to create a fresh work order from the beginning.

Important dates:

• During the month of November, we will be testing the order entry and production workflows of the system.  We hope this to be transparent to clients, but it is potential that you may receive duplicate job notifications from us as your orders work their way through our testing process.
  
• December 1, 2025 – our online system will go live.  Although your login will be carried over to the new system, passwords will not.  Your first time into the system you’ll need to select “forgot password” and create a new password.  Your previously used password can be used again.
• December 1, 2025 – internal workflow will be live in the new system.
  
• January 1, 2026 – Invoices will begin to be generated in the new system, and ability to pay online will be active.
